📍 Manton Study Center, Clark Art Institute, 225 South St, Williamstown, MA

The Manton Study Center for Works on Paper welcomes artists of all experience and skill levels to find inspiration in thematic selections from the Clark’s collection of works on paper. This month, we celebrate an artistic tradition with a long and varied history: the still life. These prints, drawings, and photographs feature subjects ranging from the delicious to the grotesque, and the mundane to the unimaginably precious. Enjoy an open session to participate in the tradition of copying earlier artworks or choose to practice fundamentals and explore ideas.

Basic materials are provided. Artists bringing their own supplies should note that only graphite pencils are allowed in the Study Center.

Registration opens one month prior to event date.
